It's been a while since I visited a pizza hut. I won't be going back. Really expensive and the 'self serve' atmosphere has killed the place. I feel sorry for the 1 member of staff that was working. She was great but has obviously been trained to push the self serve app ... Goodbye Pizza Hut.

We love coming here whenever we visit family in Southport! The Staff are so friendly and genuine - nothing is too much trouble. It really is excellent customer service and I?ve been meaning to do this review for a while as they so deserve it. The salad bar is always very fresh and stocked up and we never wait for more pizza when we have the buffet. Thanks!

Great place to enjoy your food. I and my partner have visited a lot and on each occasion, we have been greeted by very friendly staff who are happy to help.The food is great and I've never had any issues with the food. Very pricey but nowadays that isn't unexpected with the Pizza Hut chain.They only accept card payments now too, which isn't an issue and their online system to order food is very simple to use. All I had to do was scan the barcode and then select the food I wanted.

The food is good and the staff is very friendly. Just a criticism because it took about 20 minutes for someone to show up so I could ask them to bring me the dessert I had ordered via the app.

The staff at Ocean Plaza are absolutely brilliant - especially with our 4 excited kids - really made our evening. Pizza was delicious too!!
