Would give no stars if possible. I returned clothes bought online. If I had a £1 for the number of tuts passed btw the two assistants I'd be minted.
The staff at the Crosby store much nicer.

It was patently obvious that the staff at Peacocks, Ainsdale felt encumbered to process a refund today. I won't be frequenting this store again. There are plenty of other retailers who are happy to take refunds, and with a smile and the odd word. 'Royston Vasey' springs to mind!
