I have just been into the pandora shop in southport. My bangle had lost one of its end caps. A very very helpful staff member went out of her way to fix the problem. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I was very very happy with her help & customer care, it was second to none. Thank you so much.

A perfect retail experience on a busy Christmas Eve - the young and eager Sales assistant, Faith, was exceptional in her customer service skills - going the extra mile to help find exactly what I needed - not only did she work tirelessly for the sale (I'm not the easiest of customers due to 30years in retail sales management) but she effectively used an upsell of current offers to enhance the purchase as well as offering accessories and gift boxing too. Maintaining a smile and professional attitude throughout, Faith worked diligently to complete the transaction and I left as a very happy customer. I was thanked by at least three different members of staff as I departed - overall a fabulous experience - an excellent team who clearly care for the business - an easy 5 stars here ?????
