I visited the store to check out SIM-only options but ended up finding an amazing bundle that included a tablet. The advisors were super friendly, patient, and explained everything without rushing. They tailored the plan to fit my usage and budget, and I felt like they genuinely cared about getting me the best value. Walking out with a new SIM and tablet was a great surprise ? I couldn?t be happier with the service.

I went into the O2 store planning to just look at upgrades, and I?m so glad I did. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the new iPhone 16 Pro and walked me through all the features in a way that was easy to understand. They gave me great advice on plans, trade-in offers, and even explained how I could save money with extras. I left the store with my new iPhone 16 Pro on an excellent deal, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. Brilliant service!

Terrible customer service. I've been with O2 for nearly 5 years. I have been trying to change tariff for my son who is under my account. I have tried doing thru the O2 app and 202 customer service however there was a ? network issue on my area at that time as what it said on my text from O2. I wasn't able to receive the documents thru email. Called 202 again and suggested that I can do that in store. Came to Southport O2 store, explained the whole situation and noted that 4 weeks has gone thru there was still network issues on my area. She was unhelpful no advise no suggestions nothing. She said I can't do anything on that, you have to do it on the my O2 app which I have already told her I have done 4 weeks ago. Not even an offer of sim packages, contract or pay as you go. Very unhelpful, is this what I get for being a customer for how many years. Customer Service gone out of the window.
In the end, went to Vodafone and now my son's just waiting for the transfer. Couldn't fault their customer service. I will be leaving soon when my contract ends this November.
As for the network issues, nothing has been sorted as usual. So, this is the nail to the coffin ?? ?
Got my son's documents (change of tariff) immediately after I left the shop.

Very poor service in store today. Just wanted to top up my phone . I find it hard to top up by phone because the signal in my home is very poor . Waited a long time to see an assistant. Eventually told that I could be helped in 50 minutes so I decided to try another time. This I feel is not an acceptable level of service and it should not be so frustrating and difficult to do a simple top-up.

Terrible service! Bought a new phone from this store. I asked for all data to be switched from my old phone to the new one.The young lad was clueless.Was asked to leave both phones with them and every time I went back was told it's not ready.Eventually got the phones back and was locked out of every app on my phone, took me days to sort it out myself.Blonde haired girl was very rude ,rolling her eyes and sighing absolutely disgusting attitude .WIll NOT be returning to this branch ever again.

Absolutely terrible service and clueless staff .waiting 20 min behind the queue even sltohhh shop was empty .
Eventually served by someone who wants to referred to as as they or them .
They or them can?t type can?t follow simple details .
We agreed I would change tariff I gave they 30 pounds a hour ago .
Tariff was to chsnge today of course .
Nothing has happened my data hasn?t changed

Nothing at all.
I phoned customer service they said it starts on the 9th .
The they who served me told me them would change that date it started to be today but obviously they /them/those is very incompetent .
I had to actually type in half the info myself .
And the other member of staff had to help they through this fairly standard situation as if those has never seen a customer wanting to change tariff .
Probably the worst phone shop I have ever been to

Amazing service in this shop, it was lunchtime so very busy . A young man who had just started helped me and Amanda . They were both fantastic. Great customer service .

Ironically for a phone store they don't answer theirs intentionally, when they did (clearly accidentally) answer I overheard "ah, someone's just called in" before they hung up - Super customer service.
