Ordered an item online to click and collect from our local store as I've done plenty of times previously. Got the usual text to say it was ready.
The girl on the desk took ages in the back and eventually came out and said she can't find it. Wasted journey but fair enough, these things happen.
She then took my phone number and said she would call when she found it. Needless to say I never got a call.
I then chased this up online a few days later only to be told "the store has already returned the item to the warehouse" ...even though I still had a few days to collect the item!
On top of this the complaints department said the store had just returned it and hadn't even bothered issuing a refund!
Disgusting customer service, won't be shopping here again.

I go in here regularly. I have always found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The store is small but you can order online for next day collection which is fantastic. There is a pay carpark outside 40p for half an hour, nothing to do with this store, but its free after 6pm and the store is open until 8pm.

Was served today by a very helpful young lady in the homeware department. The items that I wanted were on display in the shop window but it was no trouble for her to go and take them out so that I could view them before ordering. Great customer service. Thanks
