We came on Christmas Eve (gave my grown up kids the choice of anywhere and this is where we came) so very glad we did! Particularly attentive service, spotlessly clean and could not have asked for better service. My only criticism is that you can?t tip at this restaurant. To the guys working on Christmas Eve I want to thank you so much!

We ordered 4 Butterfly Burgers but got something completely different. They even claimed we ordered the wrong items and refused to take any responsibility. No apology, no solution, just a terrible attitude.
We ate the wrong food anyway, and it was so dry I couldn?t even finish one bite. A couple of hours later, my stomach started hurting. Absolutely awful first impression, and I won?t be visiting again.

Ordered full platter which comes with 4 piece chicken 3 of them was slightly burn and one was literally black. So I ask the staff if they could change it. So he called the manager and the manager came over to see what?s was wrong. Told him it?s burnt and if they could change it. So he took the chicken. 5 minutes later comes back with the same chicken all they did was scraped off the burnt bit and cover it with lemon and herb sauce. I would say that?s bad customer service.

The food was lovely but the only thing I'd mention was that when we went to the loo quick, we came back and someone else was seated there and our food and drinks had already been cleared away.

You call that a portion of takeaway chips. Very, very poor value. A tiny little box with about 15 chips. Essentially a triumph of marketing over food. Awful. My 1st time eating nandos - never again, I'll stick to something like the local chippie.

Friendly staff and usual Nandos quality.
Halloumi sticks portion wasn't very big - not really sharing for 2 as described, and hardly grilled, and garlic bread was disappointing, but overall food was nice.
Seemed a bit expensive for what we got, but I've thought that before at nandos.

Had Chicken here recently, the food was great and the members of staff were friendly and very helpful. One the better Nandos.

I visited Nando's right at their 11:30 opening time and was told by a staff member to go outside after I sat down, as it wasn't open yet. The tone was unprofessional and left a bad impression. I hope the management addresses this to improve customer service.
