If you want a Mercedes and are looking for superb service then it?s worth travelling here. Ella-Jane not only know her stuff inside out, she went the extra mile to find me a beautiful GLE Coupe. Guiding me through the process from picking the model to taxing my new vehicle and driving it to my house. She was quick to bring vehicles in for me to view and drive. I remain impressed with her patience, expertise and ability to make the process fun.I?ve been to other dealerships but this is fabulous. Thanks to Darren and Harry too. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them. Ask for Ella!

09/10/23 Great customer service and value. A couple of things detracted from that:-The dirty wheels after tyre replacement - lots of sealant left on the wheels and hand marks. Do you not clean/jet wash cars and wheels after such work?The state (dirtiness) of the loan car which was a shame.19/03/24 great service again. easy key drop off and collection. bill thoroughly explained - tea/coffee and a biscuit whilst too.offered to wash car and hoover footwells. doesnt look like it was washed though as still marks from when i dropped it off. car feels good though.

Excellent service nearly ,wasn't told I could have a free hot drink while waiting, but to be honest the people whom I dealt with where extremely professional and friendly.Not like other dealerships.I would definitely go back again.I would also highly recommend them.No problem, but I would tell them about the free hot drinks machine ?
