Frustrating every time

The woman in front of me had just returned her food because it was cold. I then received a lukewarm warm and half empty hot chocolate, which I took back. The young lad who dealt with this was polite and apologetic. I received a piping hot drink as a replacement. Unfortunately, the McPlant burger was lukewarm warm and badly put together, but I just ate that. The chips were ok. There weren?t any serviettes, which I needed and the toilets needed cleaning.
Neither was there a facility for table service.
I quite often stop off at McDonalds in Lancaster and the experience there is quite different. Southport needs to sort itself out.

Attended McDonald's drive thru today and attempted to order Milkshakes and McFlurry to go with my my meal order only to be told that these items were unavailable despite being shown as available on the app. After receiving my meals, I decided to go into the store and check on the ordering kiosks. Much to my surprise, I was able to order and receive two McFlurry. When I asked why I was lied to by the individual on the drive thru, I was then ignored by the manager ....

Not been in 6 months and looked forward, but the big tasty was cold, the chilli burger they had said it was double burger with chilli but it was squahed, the fries was not fresh and the staff just throw tray on table, i asked how the competition worked, her answer was what I don't know and walked off. Will not be going back.

Recieved WRONG order. Ordered a triple cheeseburger, PAID FOR IT, and then recieved a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER with halapenos that were NOT asked for. What if I had allergies? I would be in hospital. Happened between 11am and 12am. My mouth is burning and my stomach hurts and my hard earned money wasted. How hard is a bloody cheeseburger? Christ. How has this happened more than once? I am converting to Burger King. Pay attention to what your orders are !! No excuses for this. Southport Ocean Plaza 16th of November

Totally discussed in the attitude from the manager after staff missing items from my order.
When I phoned up to let them know I was told I wasn't getting any replacements and its my fault that I didn't check the bag.
The manager needs training on customer service.
There was also a massive queue inside with staff just watching and not serving. The world has gone mad and customer service isn't key any more!

Nearly every time I order online there is always something missing or the food is freezing. If you don?t have the items available why have them on the app. The service is constantly getting worse and yet they have the nerve to keep upping the price of things aswell. Used to love maccies I won?t be ordering from here again

This has to be the worst ?food? outlet in the area. Once again we ordered for delivery, and once again they missed stuff from the order. The. You have e to spend forever on the app just to do anything about it. Food is crap too. Previous review was terrible but have it 4 stars, how?

This mcdonalds is always too busy. Too many screaming kids. Same standard of food a short distance away. Service is limited looking due to lack of staff to customer ratio. Long wait times and limited seating with the amount of customer.
Wasn't the worst mcdonalds I've ever been but it's definitely a contender.
