Visited shortly after opening on a Sunday and wasn't impressed with the store at all.
The floor right as you walk in was an absolute mess, bits of fluff and cardboard on the floor, not to mention random articles of clothing. Not the best presentation at all and this continued around the store.
The majority of stock and shelving was well arranged and presentable apart from in the 'home' section at the back, many bare shelves and gaps around this section.
Didn't see many staff around the store at all but there were a few on tills and a poor lad just stood there watching over the self-service section. He clearly didn't want to be there, and as a customer, I felt watched and policed whilst checking out.
Overall, store was a mess, too much focus on tills over shopfloor. There was more staff on in the coffee place over the road!
