Why do people use this overpriced emporium?
Their business ethics are highly questionable,just ask the Cortolds work force,and their after sales service is deplorable.
Took a baking tray back after 6 months wear. Had receipt. Was refused a refund. Went to Wilko,bought one for half the price with a 3 year guarantee.
Their food prices are extortionate and their ready meal,portion size miniscule.
The three youngsters currently being charged for hacking into the on line sales and shutting it down may have broken the law but many U.K husbands will consider them he's for the money they have saved them!

Asked about a pair shorts I was buying ,because other pairs the same . The materials bobleld, answer was after a year of wear this could be expected. Looks like M&S are no longer made to last .

Very disappointed about recent Trip to Southport M&S.Both disabled Toilets where out of Order .Apparently they where blocked.Just get them unblocked .Staff Member not interested.What are People like myself and others supposed to do .I am very disgusted and wont be visiting anytime soon

I came specifically to The Store to return some items I had purchased about ten days ago.
The whole transaction was completed by an assistant who did not once lookor speak to me directly but she also continued with her conversation with another assistant. Rude !!!
Not my usual experience of the friendly staff who work there.
