Been trying to get a bank account for months and every other bank has been ridiculous went into Lloyds and it took 15 minutes the staff were brilliant and told us everything we need to know it?s now all sorted and will go back again if in need of anything else

Trying to open an account for my 11year old son in branch today,told by cashier to do it online,went online and you can't do it for 11 year olds, tried ringing branch nobody answers

Staff here were amazing. Helped my son sort his student account out. Sorted his online banking while there too. From the branch manager to the cashier. We left feeling very satisfied. Shame other branches havnt been as helpful.

Rude unhelpful staff unless you are opening an account - then they are slightly less rude and unhelpful - I got the overwhelming impression that they were just killing time until closing time and resented being disturbed by someone as trivial as an actual customer because they might actually have to do some work - no smile no hello may I help you - just sour faces - Management needs to get a grip and put certain members of their staff on customer relations courses - extremely poor and disappointed

When I googled TSB it gave Southport Lloydâ??s Bank at the top of the list. I went there and was told they are not part of TSB anymore. The nearest TSB is Ormskirk 8.5 miles away and not easy to get to via public transport for people without a car. Whoever runs this webpage sort it out please to save people wasting their time.

disgraceful shoddy service unable to give any advice regarding a credit which has been keyed in wrong by a cashier to the tune of £2000. when they tried to contact the branch -southport - they didnt even have the correct number and had no idea what it was !! what an absolute joke of a bank !!
