We Visited the kfc at 7.30pm to eat in.
The staff directed us to a tiny corner as they said the rest of the room was being cleaned.
We said we didn't want to sit there as Two young teenagers were vaping openly by there, so they said
" they would keep an eye on them"
You would think they would have told them not to vape in a food establishment!
The teenagers continued to vape by us, so we asked them to stop vaping as we were eating, as the staff still ignored them vaping.
That's the second time we have gone in there and seen teenagers openly vaping and the staff ignoring it, There won't be a third time we visit.
But I've no doubt the foods hygiene agency and Sefton council will be looking into the breaches of food regulations shortly

Visited this KFC after its recent refurb. Good food and quick service however the r restaurant is badly let down by lack of cleaning. Tables littered with the remains of other people?s meals, bin area covered in gravy. No one cleaning.

The service was reasonable, the resteraunt was like a draughty unwelcoming stop gap and the food was dreadful. This is not your normal KFC. I bought a burger meal and it wasn't good. The same meal from another KFC in Southport was perfect.

Good is good as usual from KFC but during busy times you'll have to weave your way through Deliveroo corner past the delivery drivers to get to your food!
Parking: If you are unfortunate enough to need a disabled parking badge in afraid you won't be able to use the disabled bays right outside unless you work for Deliveroo or Just Eat etc.

The place was disgusting! Rubbish all over the floor, all the tables were sticky , no sight of a cleaner anywhere! We walked out and complained to the security guard on the door and he also agreed that the place is disgusting and that he's told the staff several times before!

They seem to attract the odd miscreant in the evenings. Also, if using the gents toilets may I suggest bringing a small inflatable dingy with you in order to cross the lake that is forming along the floor (maybe they should share the secret of how they make their own water features with the people currently watching the Aral Sea disappear).
