After placing an order on Thursday last week which has turned out to be very stressful due to a holiday that was imminent and my need for some new trainers, the service I have received in store at Southport branch, from the initial young lady that served me and helped with my indecisive decision to then ordering to one of the supervisors Damien to the two young supervisors in the store late on Monday night??your service has been impeccable . An issue has arisen with the delivery system of JD to which I am not alone and parcels have gone missing and not been delivered on time, EVRI and DPD have been shocking and I?d suggest you drop these two companies and provide your customers with better level of service when it comes to the online delivery and home delivery from ordering in store. You shouldn?t have to wait 5 days for next day delivery. However this is a review of the service inside the Southport branch and how they have helped me and served my needs and eventually through more of my indecisiveness, helped me to buy my new trainers all on time for my holiday. So thank you very much for all your help and assistance it?s much appreciated at the store level even if the wheels seem to have fallen off JDS delivery service, your level of service has remained high so thank you again.

I was looking for some baby trainers and this lovely boy Oliver advised me to get the pink sparkly ones. My baby girl was very pleased with them.

Great staff, Michelle the manager was really, very helpful and friendly in resolving an issue with my trainers. Highly recommended compared to Aintree which is less than zero rating for customer services. Thankyou southport JD for your prompt service.
