I shop here for supplements and health food products. Being in the middle of town, you will have to park somewhere and walk to the shop. Get a loyalty card and take advantage of the offers.

I have recently got back in to exercise and decided to start with a healthy diet. I began with Holland & Barrett, and I have stopped there. It catered for everything i needed. The level of and range of products was excellent and only surpassed by the gentleman that gave me advice on the protein powders, and was the epitamy how to give customer service, what a superb experience. Cleanliness was impeccable, all the staff was engaging and professional. Making for a fantastic shopping experience. Well done and thank you.

Holland and Barrett Southport are a lovely team, very welcoming and always happy to help. A change in management, has seen a vast improvement in both stock on shelves and morale in staff. It?s important to me as someone with social anxiety and autism, that I feel comfortable in a shop, not just the layout, and ambience, but the approach the staff take with me, and I have to say that Gavin and his team, handle disability and difference with such kindness, they never look down upon you, or belittle you, they treat you as a valued member of society, and go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can, to make you feel at ease, in an often overwhelming experience, as someone with a difference

On a day trip to Southport we went into Holland & Barrett to purchase some Apple Cider Vinegar. We found them with no bother, and went to pay for them we were met by a member of staff asking if we needed any help. We produced our ACV and said we didn't need any help thank you as we had found our requirements. The lady then said she could scan it into the ?till? from where we were and all we needed to do was pay!
Great, modern tech at it?s best! So we went to the ?till? to flash the plastic and we got chatting to the guy now serving us, Gavin, apparently he was a ?stand in? manager.
We had left our loyalty card at home so he wrote down the phone number to use to collect out loyalty points onto our card.
We told him how VERY impressed we were with the shop in Southport. NOT like the one in our home town. Gavin gave us advice on how to proceed with a message to HQ.

Went in purchase some peppermint oil capsules wanted to use Voucher I had been sent via email didn't know how to do this but Gavin was very helpful and sorted it out for me very nice shop and staff always ready to help with a smile

I went in to buy a item and got to the till and they mentioned it was on buy one get one free. However it was the last one left.I said it was fine I would just buy the one, but the 2 members of staff went above and beyond to find me something else. Amazing customer service from the both of them. Thanks again
