I had more help and assistance from the guys in the shop than the help line phone number. After serveral calls over two days the help line was of no help at all. The problem was the sim card sent out to me but because they could not recognise the sim card number I could not pass the security stage of the phone call. Very dissappointing performance fron this side of the company.

Fantasticly attentive staff in this store, I don't rate the dealing with EE on the phone, nothing but automated service. but dealing with the Southport team, my issues were sorted straight away.

Went into shop for advice on a new phone.Initially chose a phone and was informed I could have a tariff that didn't exist with that phone ! Staff member appeared quite clueless and uninterested. Selected another phone and was told to collect the next day. Went in the next day and told it hadn't arrived and to come back later that day. Went back a few hours later only to be told they wouldn't be having any deliveries and to go back next day. Refused to redirect to my home address . No apology. Went back next day and stood there as staff sat chatting and appeared oblivious I was waiting . Not a good experience . Poor customer service .
