Fantastic service from DAC. I stupidly didn't realise that a throw I had put in the wash was dry clean only, my washing machine was clogged up with fibres and wouldn't drain. I tried to clear it myself but it just wouldn't work, so I called DAC. The man (sorry I don't know his name) managed to unblock it for me, and only charged £20. However it still stopped working, he came out again...NO CHARGE. It has now gone through 2 test washes, thank you so much for your help! You have saved me so much money, I thought I was going to have to replace a machine that was less than a year old! Can't thank you enough. A+++

Service and support is first class, professional and effective. Have been supported by Domestic Appliance Centre with several appliances. My dishwasher stopped midcycle so I had to get someone out. Next day service which was good but it turned out the plug had just come loose in the socket so a very easy fix. I was charged £59 for the man to push the plug in which I feel is disgusting & just greedy. One star is for next day service but I will never use this company again

Absolutely Brill helped us out, our one broke same day delivery fitted and taken old one away as NHS workers needed a washing machine to do uniform daily thank you very much

Nothing wrong with my washing machine which I bought from this shop but I must have loaded it unevenly as it shuddered itself off its blocks. I phoned the shop and they sent their man over within 2 days. He re-positioned the machine perfectly. Thank you for a great service.

Called them out as they came recommended. First visit they did nothing to it except clean a filter, which I?d already done prior to phoning them, they said it worked fine, They didn?t even pull it out from under counter. Charged £50. When I came to use it next it still wasn?t working correctly, I called them back, they came out again said it was the pump, charged £35. Once again when I?ve cone to use it, it?s not working properly. So I won?t be calling them again. Basically £85 down the pan and I?ve still not got a working washer!!

The first call-out didn't sort the problem with the dryer so they came and took it away at a reduced cost. Dropped it back off out of hours, which was really appreciated. Very helpful throughout!
