Currently in a dispute with them, over a miss managed arrangement of a holiday let. Let's just say we're over £300 down, and a 50th birthday celebration was ruined. We await a refund, because of this 'holiday let' got cancelled on us, and we were sent on a fruitless wild goose chase thereafter.Luckily for us, we found a hotel..at 7pm (Saturday night!) That cost us another £365 quid. I wonder how long it will take, for a refund. Not holding any hopes out for compensation, though!Thanks Curl one out Jones..you've done us proud!

Selling our property with Curlett Jones Estates has been a dream. Having been with a couple of other agents previously we thought we would be getting much the same service. How wrong we were!Charlie and the team surpassed our expectation 100%. There have been other issues in relation to property issues not being addressed but this one hightlights the lack of care and attention being show to tenants. Thankfully I am now a pervious Tennant and will not be returning when it's comes time for us to buy a house.Just off the phone with Verity who in response to being told that due to two missing fence pannels our dog could escape, an issue which had been ongoing for months, I was told it was our responsibility as tennants to make sure that our rescue dog didnt escape the property not theirs. Even though when we originally rented the property it was a secure garden with all fences in place.Shows you a truly caring nature for you and the things you care about.

Property was not as described. Toilet hadn't been cleaned and there was a dead stoat in the kitchen.Looking elsewhere to move as soon as we can

Curlett Jones have managed 3 properties for me for over 18 months and during that time have encountered some challenging tenant situations. Every time they have handled the situation with the upmost professionalism and have been great to deal with. So much so, they have recently been instructed to take on another existing tenancy for me.
