Dr Irvine and Dr Grimes Mentally abusive and negligent GPs - have no sensitivity or duty of care to patients suffering with mental health condition's.They will intentionally trigger patients in crisis and refuse treatment then document slander in an attempt to cover their own back.Dr Grimes refused me a prescription that I am entitled to and struck me off after patronising, triggering and neglecting me in crisis. Someone covered her back by issuing the prescription that she refused but no one bothered to let me know they issued it after she refused it and neglected me. I am due to run out of meds in between Xmas and New Year and myself and toddler are without a GP due to Dr Grimes incompetence.Two bad apples spoilt the entire bunch.Dr Mgcoth and Dr Speed where my ONLY trusted GPs who I can?t thank enough and I?ve recently had appointments with Dr Roseberry and Dr Salvajah who where understanding, empathetic and responsible I don?t understand how two other GPs have totally different values, morals and ethics who have lost me my closest and trusted GP Surgery.

I?ve been in today with my mother for an appointment and noticed a sign that says not to book flu jabs with there local pharmacy?s, I think it?s disgusting that they are allowed to tell there patients where to go for there nhs services when it?s down to patient choice. Will be removing my mother and taking her to another doctors

Been suffering with an acute pain in my left side for 3 months. Receptionists seem to think they are gods. Can never get past them. The hospital have been outstanding. But this practice has done nothing to help me. Apart from Dr Keith and now today no cover because Dr's are on holiday. They should be covered

I just wanted to share how fantastic the doctors have been with my two children over the past four years. If I ever need an appointment when they are unwell they will fit them in between patients and make sure they are seen the same day. My baby has been unwell and I got an appointment and medication within an hour on a Friday afternoon. Dr Selvarajah, Dr Speed and Dr Irvine have all been so helpful and caring. I couldn?t praise enough. Thank you

My baby who was born extremely premature and spent 4 months in hospital came home on different medication which he needs every day. This GP practice is in charge of issuing prescription. Every time I have to re order my child?s medication it is just a nightmare. I sent email request following gp rules and they just ignored it, after speaking which pharmacy who said they haven?t received any prescription I had to spend 1.5 hours to get hold on Gp reception who said they haven?t received any request from me (I have proof of email that?s been sent). It is not the first time when they just ignore prescription request or will only prescribe 2 out of 3 medication without giving explanation why they have missed one of the medication. I don?t understand why I have to spend 2 hours every other week on phone with this practice if they don?t know how to prescribe medication to child. It?s very unprofessional as my child cannot live without these medication and because of GP practice negligence I have to spent hours on phone to get them sorted. I have sent email with request of medication giving all information why it?s been ignored? Why from 3 item request practice is prescribing only 2 and missing out one? Why they are prescribing medication which are needed to use every day only to last 20 days or 6 days not months worth supply? It?s special medication which requires days to get delivered to pharmacy and because of incompetence of this practice my child can stay without requiring medication and I can stay without nerves by dealing with these issues every month! I have child with special medical needs but I have to spend hours on phone by calling every month as they just ignore emails or do prescription wrong. It?s been numerous times.

Poor. Since I moved to Southport over a year ago, none of their service has run smoothly to date. My appointments have been cancelled, I have received wrong messages, my COVID vaccination has been cancelled, my access to my regular medication has been an issue and my access to online services has been prevented for months for no reason. It has cost me too much time to sort things out, phone them numerous times and wait in the queue for minutes and I have always ended up in a very bad mood and feeling depressed. It feels as if it is a badly managed and disorganised organisation that is incapable to handle even routine operations.
