Good little shop. Staff are rarely covering the tills as they are busy stacking shelves. There are self service tills, which I don't like.

Spacious shop.. good parking.. excellent staff...open good hours..only downside the prices are mostly convenience store..but then you don't have to travel so far..

Bad layout, not thought it through at all. Very difficult to find what you want, even after several visits. Ridiculously over priced. Staff are awful, not helpful, since self service checkouts in place.Given the ageing population in Banks, not everyone is competent at using self service.The previous Co OP was much more sensibly laid out.

The staff are lovely the only problem I've had a few times is the milk as when I've bought it an went to use it the next day the milk is off so yesterday the 28th Feb I bought a pint as that's all I needed as being on duty in my job an went to use it this morning an the milk is of an the date on carton is 7th march
