I've recently moved to Southport and this is my nearest Co-op. The first thing I did when I went in was to check out the free from aisle as my husband, daughter and I are all dairy free. I also have other intolerances so the free from section is quite important to me.I've photographed the main free from shelves, which are currently the first aile on the left as you enter the shop. I was impressed with the amount of brands and items they had and now, when I'm in need of something, I'll go here before anywhere else.The reason I've given 4 stars rather than 5 is because, they often have low stock or stuff missing off the shelves. When I went in and took these photos, it was a Monday, so maybe they'd just had a restock, but since then, I've been in a number of times each week and they tend to have bare or low stocked shelves, which can be frustrating if you're looking for something in particular.I hope these photos help, I'm also attaching some photos of some of the meals that I get from co op, that are vegan, vegetarian and free from.

Amazing store with several options for each category for food or other needs. One time I was shopping and put my wallet in my pocket and someone thought I was shoplifting, it was clearly my wallet and she saw what I was doing but overall still a good shop
