Daughter needed her stick drift sorted. They send it away to be fixed and you pay when it's been done. The store/company let's you know when it's been collected and when ready to be picked up by you.

By far the worst cex I have been in, stood with 2 kids with me at the till whilst 2 members of staff dealt with a trade in, even the customer trading asked if I could be served before him and the staff members ignored & carried on. Myself and another customer after about 5 minutes waiting and being ignored left without buying, for note my spend was around £90. Not the first bad experience in here. AVOID

Paid £360 for console online could have got from Amazon for £339 but wanted for Christmas, ear wax in headphones second hand console with ripped box could have got brand new for £20 cheaper am SHOCKED!!! Will be getting a refund avoid at all costs!!!

A great shop for buying pre-owned tech and games, you can buy or sell your stuff and they will give you cash or credit as well.
