“I had more help and assistance from the guys in the shop than the help line phone number. After serveral calls over two days the help line was of no help at all. The problem was the sim card sent out to me but because they could not recognise the sim card number I could not pass the security stage of the phone call. Very dissappointing performance fron this side of the company.”
