Sevice at the counter was good and great cup of coffee.
It was let down by no toilet paper or soap in toilet.

Coffee here is the best in Southport. At least you get a full cup of coffee and not half a cup of froth!!
Kid-friendliness: You can order smaller drinks for young children.

Very enjoyable visit today at cafe Nero, cakes and drinks were excellent as was the service provided by the trainee Barista 'Tomasz', extremely polite and attentive to the job in hand, so nice to meet and be served by such a pleasant workforce. The best Coffee in town, great atmosphere, always clean and tidy. Myself and the kids love going to Caffe Nero on Lord street. Lucy, Joe, Damien + team always go above and beyond to make sure everything is OK and are always v friendly! Definetly recommend ?

One of the baristas working here is lovely and a skilled barista, however the experience was ruined by the snotty attitude of her coworker
There is really no need to talk down to someone or use a condescending tone with a customer who is politely asking for something. I've been a barista myself for over 13 years and I've never considered myself above anybody especially customers just try having a more approachable attitude I'm so sorry for interrupting your conversation by the coffee machine dear.
