This shop has been scruffy and dirty looking for years from the floor up. Even the entrance has tiles missing. Windows dirty inside and out, tables stained wood not a hygienic surface ,floors do they know what a mop/ Hoover is and that was in the morning.
Staff are lovely, God help them

The lady made a mistake with my order, instead of starting again we had the cream scooped off the top of our drinks and the drinks just poured into other cups. Not very professional and it wasn't even the trainee. Paid nearly £10 for two slightly warm ruined lattes.

What a weird experience. The guy serving me seemed dissinterested when taking my order. Afte paying I had to correct my order 3 times.
He either needed to return home from some sleep or was just being ignorant. Either way he was in no position to be working in customer service. If staff cant make a simple coffee god knows what the future holds for them.
I wont be returning here again and to anyone else I would suggest the same. It's clear after so many bad reviews going unanswered that the company does not care! So ignorant staff from an ignorant company? just don't give them your cash simple.

Paid another visit recently and yet again still a very pleasant Branch. Much quieter than the Lord street Branch, with the added benefit of no passing traffic. So sitting outside is a far more comfortable experience without the worry of being exposed to vehicle omissions. Staff team here are a lovely group of people and a very accommodating lot when it comes to customising an order.
Outdoor seating - very pleasant location, and great staff.
