This is an excellent team. The receptionists are polite, professional, helpful and personable. Today I was treated by Natalie and Emily. I am, historically, very nervous around dentistry but these Ladies completely put my mind at rest and the treatment delivered by Natalie was painless. Having been a client at this practice since long before it became a bupa, the dentists, dental nurses and receptionists are helpful and always put me at ease. I was greeted by the receptionist who made my experience very personable and we had a chat about current issues and how my family were doing. Natalie and Rhianne were really lovely with me as I was nervous about my filling. They spoke to me about what treatment I would be having that day and went about it professionally. I was then advised on how to look after the teeth around my new filling. Thank you for making my experience pleasant even though sometimes the dentist isn't always the most pleasant place to visit.

I am a new patient at this practice. I was seen by Stefan and Sky - very friendly which put me at ease before my treatment started which helped me to relax. All treatments were explained to me and I felt comfortable at all times whilst in the chair. I am going back for more treatments and not dreading it.

I went to the practise today for a check up to book in some work and the service from both Stefan and Sky was amazing! Stefan filled me with confidence with his experties and Sky ensured I was no longer nervous making sure I understood each step of the way. As the dental nurse is there taking on the care of the patient I felt very confident with the appoipment and would go back any day! I would fully recommend both Stefan and Sky to anyone feeling nervous or just not sure if they should get looked at.
