Fabulous service. Being on a budget but looking to visit friends in Australia with a stopover in Singapore in 3 months time, we weren?t sure it could be done!Broadbents was recommended to us and it was amazing just how smoothly the bookings went. Ray told us to leave it with him and then found just what we were looking for, including the hotel and transfers in Singapore, so quickly we still can?t believe we are actually going! All done and dusted without worry.

Just returned from an amazing trip to Thailand organised by Jane and Ray at Broadbent Travel. Their collective knowledge of the industry is second to non, they NEVER fail to provide the best experience. Customer service is always exemplary, their attention to detail is fabulous. I have used BT for many years and would not consider going anywhere else. They always come up with the best deals at the most competitive price, and are available for advice and guidance at any point along the way (including whilst on holiday) which you will never get from a high street or Internet provider. I will always recommend them to friends and family as they are so amazing. Thank you guys, you really are the best!
