Came for the carvey and it was absolutely dreadful. The mash tasted like smash, the meat portion was tiny, roasties were too soft and had dried up fat on them, the gravy very water and the stuffing balls were dry and burnt. The man at the carvery even said he's got stuff out from Christmas time. The price we paid for it isn't acceptable for what it was. We got the baby chicken nuggets and chips but it was 6 pieces of popcorn chicken and uncooked chips. We left there unhappy and still hungry

Food was fantastic. Smothered platter was cooked to perfection.
GF Smothered chicken was lovely.
Sam D was lovely and provided great service.
Only negative was the air conditioning made the restaurant quite cold. Otherwise would definitely recommend ?.

Came for the carvery with friends and our kids, food was lovely as well as handy having a play area for the kids. All the staff are lovely and helpful. A special mention to Joe who is the chef on the carvery for always making us laugh and always going the extra mile every time. Thank you
Parking: Free parking for a few hours.
Kid-friendliness: Play area and cheap kids menu.

Great place to eat, and one of the best pints of Guinness I've had.
Service was good and the food was good, can recommend the mixed grill and staff very friendly.

To be honest we didn't stay long. We'd booked for 5:30 for the carvery, which was advertised as in until 6pm. However, when we went to order, after standing in line for 5mins we were told it had finished.
All 8 of us left.

Came in for breakfast on Friday and although the hot buffet wasn't out, I was still impressed. I was served by Becca and nothing was too much trouble, food was good also so would definitely recommend

Food was very good and reasonable.service very quick for a party of eleven people.
Parking: You have three hours free and then you pay.but you might get parking paid by brewers fayre ,ask at bar .
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor restaurant.

Nice fresh breakfast, cooked to order. Fresh juices topped up regularly. Danish really fresh. Great customer service. Really helpful staff.

2024 update: Menu severely cut down. Don't bother with the pizza, terrible. Steak will not arrive how you request it, and crumble awful. Sharing starter half the size compared to previouw version. Vouchers now 40% off instead of 2 for 1. The place was also rather chilly..
Lady at bar incredibly rude (name begins with R) and accusing her mistake on customer. Manager is great, however. He can only work with what he is given, unfortunately.
Hopefully Whitbread will realize their mistakes. McDonald's is a better option currently..

We have breakfast here after staying in Premier Inn for work.
It's the usual standard Premier Inn breakfast.
