Absolutely appalling, I put a prescription in on Monday 28th July 2025 and on Thursday 31st July 2025 they have not even done it. They didn't even know what J was on about and showed no interest even trying to look into it, Just said come back tomorrow and it still not done.

I visited Boots Central 12, Wed 7/5/25. I couldn?t find the product I was looking for (a rotating nail file). I asked a staff member called Diane for help. She explained she was new to Boots, but went completely above and beyond to help me! She looked where I was looking first - the nails section, to no avail. She then took me to the foot section in the pharmacy, it didn?t have exactly what I wanted but I picked up something similar. At the till it came up more expensive than was on the shelf and as we had discussed the product/price etc she got a colleague to help with an override. She even told the colleague ?I have taken the other one off the shelf, until it?s sorted? Diane could not have been more helpful, and I?m sure she will be an absolute asset to your company!!! :)

Worst and rudest pharmacist (female) I?ve ever had the misfortune of meeting. How dare I ask a question about my chesty cough, eh? Made to feel foolish, she was uninterested, cold and looked absolutely appalled at my presence. Never again.

The pharmacy its awful every time I go there , first you wait for hours to get served and then you get incompetent service. Avoid in all costs asda pharmacy is just next to it !

Eunice at the Southport Boots store went above and beyond for me, making me feel at ease. She had to input my items for a refund and still smiled with me and was kind. The other staff also were amazing helping out on the till to make sure the other customers got seen. Really amazing service! Eunice deserves a big thank you!

I needed dressings for which I had a prescription, that was out of stock with many suppliers. The pharmacy staff were really helpful and even though I'd managed to research that their supplier had it in stock, they went that extra mile to get hold of it and kept me informed.Thanks Boots Pharmacy
