Walked into Southport branch today to make an appointment to make changes to my account. Was greeted by Lewis who was very friendly and welcoming. Even better news was that my changes could be done immediately and no appointment needed. Sat with Mary who was really friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient. Was a brilliant experience from the minute I walked into the branch. Excellent service and definitely 5 star.

My second visit to Barclays Southport branch before returning to Canada. Within 2-3 minutes, a Barclays representative Rachel brought me over to her desk and patiently walked me through all of my remaining POA questions and walked me through step by step how to access and navigate the on line banking. She even gave me a small PIN reader that I had not received in the mail but will need when back in Canada. What great customer service!
I?m over here from Canada and wasn?t sure what to do or who to ask about my banking and POA questions. As well I needed to make some local phone calls as my iPhone was on aeroplane mode. I was pleasantly surprised when both Mark for my POA and Mary assisted me without being asked and walked me through everything that I needed. Thank you for the great service!
