“Fantastic service from DAC. I stupidly didn't realise that a throw I had put in the wash was dry clean only, my washing machine was clogged up with fibres and wouldn't drain. I tried to clear it myself but it just wouldn't work, so I called DAC. The man (sorry I don't know his name) managed to unblock it for me, and only charged £20. However it still stopped working, he came out again...NO CHARGE. It has now gone through 2 test washes, thank you so much for your help! You have saved me so much money, I thought I was going to have to replace a machine that was less than a year old! Can't thank you enough. A+++”
