I appreciate pharmacies are inundated at the moment and under alot of pressure to support patients and communities BUT a little friendliness and good manners costs nothing. Something that the staff at this pharmacy haven't manged to grasp yet.
No matter the ask they are always short, unhelpful and to be frank, incredibly rude.
In comparison, the pharmacy in the village just metres away has lovely female staff willing to help and who do not act like your existence exasperates them!
Ordering in prescriptions and things needing more time is no issue, but stop being so rude and unhelpful about it - completely unnecessary.

Sorry to say but this pharmacy has gone into such a poor state. Had a recent bout of illness and was in and out of here on quite a regular basis to pick up prescriptions over the past few weeks. There's always a huge queue, I personally waited 45 minutes just to get my prescription sent over from the GP surgery. So many people being told that their medication isn't in and it'll be in next week.. the staff look swamped, disinterested, borderline rude. The pharmacy itself is a shambles. Nothing is in the right place on the shelves, the prices are wrong or not priced at all, the floor is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Don't know when it was last brushed or mopped but it is so dirty, dusty, full of dead leaves.. there are sick people and vulnerable people going in there.. surely cleanliness and sanitation should be up there on the priorities list? It's a real shame...

This pharmacy is a disgrace, multiple errors and unable to get through on the phone.

A most welcoming atmosphere at all times. Advice and the services offered are always conducted in the most friendly and professional of ways. Overall an excellent local service that deserves commendation.
