Terrible experience. They offered no help as"their network was down" They spoke to my wife more than me, when I told him it was my issue, so why was he talking to her? Couldn't get me a phone number I was told to call the number on my email from them, they offered only a shrug of the shoulders! I walked out.

When asked to help me with issues regarding my phone and sim they were completely un willing to help and wouldn't even contact Vodafone support to help me as my phone wasn't working, I've now been on the phone to Vodafone support for 5 hours and still nothing has been done it's honestly disgusting how they think that they can treat people like that.

I've been with vodafone for years now. Never had any issues (other than general signal issues but thats to be expected) until... I learn't that "contract ends xx/xx/xxxx" does not mean that the contract has ended. I have overpaid c£400 for a deal that I haven't used for 5 months as I've had a sim only (I thought I had upgraded the sim and therefore the payments would change - which was explained over the phone to customer service) NOPE! Been paying for a Phone (which had been paid off) and 2 sim deals. Rang them up to discuss this and got told that it is in the contract that you HAVE to speak them to terminate/disconnect. Tried to find the contract where that is said but have lost that (typical on my end). I asked if it could be resent and they quickly said NO... I tried to go through "My Vodafone" and you can't access that on anything either. Ultimately, they've had £400 from me for free and I also have to pay ANOTHER month for a phone which doesnt work - Great Service it really is...

You can't talk to.vodafone unless you have a mobile number or a service with them and when you.have a mobile number you still can't get though well your loosing me as a customer and that's your fault buch of tossers

Been with Vodafone for many years and phone is well overdue an upgrade, so called in here this morning. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Previously when upgrading I have just needed my phone, bank card and driving licence with me, however the girl that I spoke to said she needed my account pin number, I explained I didn't know it as I never log on to the Vodafone app. Her" well reply take a guess". I said never mind I will go elsewhere. At which point staff said text pac to this number as I was leaving the shop. Customer service is non existent, just because I am older generation doesn't mean that I should have to feel humiliated. I am sure that my account could have been accessed with my number and other details but it appears that was too much trouble, staff obviously had to get back to chatting with each other. I certainly would not recommend this place. I went next door into O2 and the service was great. They sorted my pac code out for me and I left with my new phone. What difference in the two shops.
