They have just done away with their cafe and toilets, hence dropping a star. Plus understaffed so long queues at the tills. The place looks in chaos at the moment as getting ready for Christmas.

Would have been zero if the option was available. This was my first and last time using the 'Click and collect service'. More like Click & Forget. Ordered goods, went to collect, no goods. Then received email saying wait for QR code. Then received email saying the order was cancelled by them and told I might have to wait up to 10 days for a refund! The whole idea of customer service is clearly a mystery to The Range. Take your custom to retailers who actually value your trade. Avoid The Range - as they are useless in my opinion.

Had to travel from Wigan for a click and collect order of wallpaper. We joined a quite lengthy queue as there was only 2 checkouts open.
Took about 30 minutes from arrival to leaving.

Visited at lunchtime and it was completely empty. But the food was wonderful and the service just the same. Beautifully cooked and lovely and hot! Very friendly staff. Well reccommended

I love the Range. However I do find this particular store really untidy and having to find members of staff for prices off items on numerous different items,which is super frustrating.
It's such a shame as this store is closest for me, but I prefer to travel to another area.
