I called Fastlane Autocare in St Helens regarding an airbag warning fault on my van? they charged me up front £888.00 (175.00 was to come out and tell me my van needed to go into the garage) to diagnose an airbag module fault? they then tried to charge me a further £2189 to replace the module and recode it. When I questioned it and said I think I am being ripped off after I called Fiat main dealer who said they would charge me £590 for the same job they were extremely unhelpful and rude. When I then went to my van I found that they had left the van a mess and the panels had not been put back on and the carpets removed. Total rip off merchants who make you pay up front and this is why. So if you have a complaint it?s too late you have already paid!

After reading a few of the reviews I thought what the hell only idiots goes by a review these days I thought I?ll give them a chance.I came from Doncaster to have a night heater fitted to my camper van so I got to St HelensVery early to make sure of traffic.The two young men in reception greeted me with courtesy and respect the work would last for about 5 to 7 hours so I got my mobility scooter out and I took a sightseeing tour of st Helen?s not very nice like most towns gone down hill.I returned to the garage where I would be waiting for about 4 hours but the staff were very friendly and helpful couldn?t do enough for me.Me and the reception staff me mostly myself talked and we had a good time (I did anyway) you?ll have to ask the staff if they did,?About 3pm job was done I said farewell to the staff and home I went, I tested the heater and all ok thank you guys for making my day perfect has del boy would say.To all the trolls out there that like putting places like this down and say this review is fake (You idiots it?s a true statement and I stand by it).Ian Hill true speaking Yorkshireman from Doncaster will see you again lads more work needs doing to van.

I would give - stars if I could. This company agreed to fit, charged me for, and invoiced me for a specific brand and type of German diesel heater that I asked for. They then bought a cheap Chinese heater for a 5th of the price and fitted that instead. When we realised, and complained we were subjected to 3 weeks of smokescreen, delays and diversions from the lads on the reception desk on to prevent us from speaking to "the manager". We were told "we don't do refunds", despite the fact they had knowingly fitted the cheapest heater they could find. They lied to us persistently, telling us they had ordered the correct heater, and the company had sent their competitor's cheaper heater, then telling us we were mistaken (the brand sticker was still on the heater), then telling us DPD were delivering a new heater. We had to spend 3 days physically sitting in the reception for hours to try and get any sort of response, and during that time listened to countless unhappy customers ringing up and coming in to complain. We fully believe that the only reason they eventually ordered the heater we had asked for, and fitted it, was because we annoyed them by sitting in their shop for 3 days. Had we given up (a reasonable response after 3 weeks of getting nowhere!) we would be 1k out of pocket with an unusable heater. They are RAC approved, which means absolutely nothing. I started out giving this company the benefit of the doubt, until it became obvious that this was a deliberate attempt to scam me out of a considerable amount of money and put a cheaper part in. The lads who work there are clearly so used to angry people complaining to them, that it is just water off a duck's back now; even when they lie to you there is no effort put into the lie. We could not speak to the manager because they were "in a meeting", and then "in their break" and then "on a meeting on their break". It was absolutely farcical. Please please avoid this company at all costs - they cannot be trusted. Photos attached of the cheap rubbish they actually fitted, complete with brand sticker!!

Well they said they were Tesla specialists and they are. They sourced my part quickly when nobody else could. The workmanship was excellent, the place is clean and the young lads there very polite. The only downside was the wait, I was seen 3 hours after my booked time but it was worth the wait and as the lads will tell you, Morrisons has a nice cafe! ?

Needed two new tyres fitting and booked a fitting through black circles for my tyres to be fitted at The FastFit Centre. The staff in reception were extremely helpful and said they would call me when it was done. It took around an hour for two tyres to be fitted.Great service.Would recommend this garage and would return as a customer again. Thank you!

Avoid this garage!They think customers are idiots and after repair the problem still not solve, so they received the money but actually they didn?t fix anything!Rubbish!

Lewis was really helpful, great service . Has a warning light come on , I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews but very happy with the service. Paid for diagnostics test and fault was cleared with no further charge, thank you

Avoid like the plague!!Where to begin with these absolute cowboys?I first booked in my motorhome with this lot to have a reverse cam fitted after being quoted a decent price to have this and a habitation check done. On the day of taking the motorhome to the workshop I realised there was some water coming in where the skylight is located. I requested this be checked whilst the habitation check was being completed and was told this wouldn't be a problem.Later on that morning I was contacted by the garage to be informed the price I'd been quoted to fit the reverse cam was not valid, the person who had given me that quote hadn't realised the amount of work entailed in "stripping back inside of the van to run the cable from front to back". I was told this employee was no longer working at the garage as he had been consistently mis quoiting work and was informed the actual price was almost double as the labour required would take "several days". Even though I felt I was being conned I went ahead with the work as my main concern now was having the leak investigated during the hab check. When I finally received the van back after 5 days I was told it was going to cost £1200 to fix the leak/damp repair and the work could not be done for another couple of weeks. I also noticed once I'd got the van home that the "stripping back" had involved them running 80% of the cable in trunking EXTERNALLY on the roof of the vehicle.After contacting the seller of the motorhome he advised this price was ridiculous and he could have a look in their workshop in Accrington, but was currently in the US and would not be back and able to do the work for several weeks. As the weather at the time was extremely wet I reluctantly went with these clowns to do the damp repair as I did not have the facility to store the van under cover and did not want further water damage to occur.When I took the van in to be repaired a few weeks later I requested the brakes to be checked as they had begun to rub. After 9 days and constant calls there was still no info on what conditions the brakes were in and if they needed replacing. When I finally got an answer I was told it would cost £1700 for replacement pads and discs!!! After recovering from fits of laughter and telling them where to stick their ridiculous price I was then told they'd spoken to the manager and the brakes could now miraculously be done for less than half the original quote!!Fast forward several weeks later after paying £1200 for the leak/damp work to be fixed and low and behold after having rained, the water was still coming in at exactly the same place. After a very heated conversation with the garage I was asked to bring it back in and the repair would be rectified ASAP (funnily the mechanic who had done the damp repair was also no longer with them now). After nearly a week of the garage having my van and 0 progress happening (they were now telling me the whole skylight would need replacing at a cost of thousands, my question being why was this not discovered when they had apparently done a hab check) I took my van back. By this point the seller from Altrincham was back from his US holiday and I managed to get it up to his workshop. 2 days later I had the van back after they had re-sealed around the sunroof and now several months later have had absolutely no issues with water ingress.So in short, this garage haven't got a clue what they are doing, massively overcharge and have 0 customer service skills so I recommend steering clear of these absolute cowboys!!!!

***Avoid this company***Booked through black circles to get my tyres fitted here on Saturday 16th august.They cancelled it and moved it til the 19th august.Attended the garage, they took 4 HOURS to fit the tyres which I sat and waited.My car was shaking all over the place, I called up and told them, went back the next day sat there for a further 5 HOURS waiting for them to be rebalanced to be told that the balancing machine was broke and they would call me the following day to come back when it?s fixed.1.30pm the next day no call, rang the garage myself they said oh yeah it?s fixed bring it down.I waited another 3.5 hours, luckily I realised my locking nut was missing and the worker was in his car ready to go home with it in his pocket and had to come back with it.My car was still shaking, I?d had enough of the waiting around every day and took it to another tyre place who had to break the bolts off the wheel as they were completely rounded off. Every wheel was out of balance. The other garage rebalanced my wheels perfect and charged me £40. I went to the fast fit centre with 3 bolts left in my front wheel and 4 in my other back wheel as they could not be saved. I went into the garage and was told I?d have to leave my car there for an entire day whilst they ?investigate?. I brought the bolts with me all shattered and useless and the invoice from the other garage. I waited until 3.30pm the next day to be told they will contact black circles for a refund? a whole day for what????13 weeks later, 40+ calls to the garage and I?m no better off. Absolute cowboys, other customers complained and came down the shop whilst I was there about a refund they was meant to receive 2 months ago aswell.******AVOID*******Services: Tires

Unfortunately I have to give a star to be able to leave a review! However I would give them ZERO! DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE! They charge you for jobs that haven?t been completed they keep your vehicle longer than needed or expected! They charge you a stupid amount of money for small jobs! They are CONMEN do not use!

I stopped off this morning with my Mercedes? sprinter van needed flexi pipe welding back together the guy on the front desk priced me to do it very sensible price within 15 minutes van in side getting done. Cannot fault these guys they are really good no messing abt need few more jobs on my van and I?ve checked what they done and it?s perfect so the other jobs will be getting done here without failService: Exhaust
