We shop here all the time, everyone on scan & pack are lovely. I had the need to return a clothing item ( with my receipt) The lady on customer service is rude. Older lady chewing gum not very becoming for someone customer facing.

The cashiers are very helpful.
The trolley staff, one young man in particular, Sunday afternoon. Only fifteen minutes to go before closing.
Approached my car he could see my Mother in her 90s was using a walking stick. She has Alzheimer's.
My other relative male, was at the back of the car attempting to lift the heavy bags of shopping into the boot, whilst I was helping mum to get into the front passenger seat.
Unknown to this young handsome dark haired man, the person who he was helping is suffering from a terminal illness and has Dementia.
The teeming rain soaked him as he was loading the goods into my car.
He was polite and well spoken.
I was so grateful for his help.
Thank you, I know you'll do well.

Plenty of parking space and well stocked shop. One of the best Tesco in North-West

The car park is large, as is the store, which has several concessions inside like Holland & Barrett and Yo Sushi. Generally it's well stocked and I can normally get everything I've gone there for. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because they rarely keep the self scanner devices in place so sometimes you're lucky to get one. Also, the service at the customer service kiosk can be painfully slow. All in all, though, a good Tesco store to visit.

I shop here all the time and I enjoy doing so. However there's just one thing, and only one thing I need to warn you about. Tesco's Finest Aberdeen Angus burgers (pack of 4, frozen). They are absolutely appalling! Up to now, I've been buying Asda's excellent version but thought I'd give Tesco's a try - they taste like the worst economy burgers. I binned them.

I took my elderly mother ( 85 years old) to the Tesco mobile shop yesterday. The young man Josh who served us was excellent. Helpful, informative and extremely peasant.
The customer before us was 93 ( so she told me) and she was also very pleased with how Josh had dealt with her.
Presumably for face to face interactions and mobile phone purchases in store the clientele are self selecting and elderly ( the next gentleman in the queue was in his seventies) but Josh was very patient with them all.A credit to the store and Tesco.
Well done Josh.

Very disappointed with my weekly shop. The fresh meat isle was completely closed. Again they appear to have issues with the fridges. There was no explanation, signs etc to advise why. No sorry for any inconvenience no nothing. I understand things break down however I would like to point out there have been fridge and freezer issues for 18 months or more. The loss in revenue must be huge. Come on Tesco, you can do better than this.
Also, they have installed security cabinets in the alcohol isle. I understand the importance of such measures but each bottle also have tags. You have to swipe a screen then wait until the light goes green before being able to open the door. Frustrating is the kindest thing I can say about this idea. By the way, the security tags on the bottles within the cabinets also make a high pitch noise when if tampered with (Not that I have tampered with them). The noise they make is awful and no one seems to respond to it. Customers or staff alike?? There must be a better way to be secure than annoying your customers surely.
Finally I would like to mention the car park, it's huge but had a major problem, it really needs all the road markings repainted as in the rain is impossible to see them, very surprised there hasnt yet been an accident tbh.
I hate writing this as I actually really like this store, the staff are great, the guys in the Chemist are truly fantastic. I just feel they are being let down by their employer.
