Woman in dark hair middle age on check out has horrible attitude she shouldn?t work in customer service, never says hello thank you etc. She has angry face and she looks like she doesn?t want to be there.

What horrible experience I?ve just had in this store today. When I walked in the lady in question wasn?t there, I felt as though I was being watched so I looked up and she was glaring at me. I?m not being dramatic in saying every time I moved she moved. It was blatantly obvious she thought I was shop lifting ( i wasn?t and I?m mortified to think she would think so) I walked up her to ask her a question and she was blunt and abrupt. Previous to this I could hear her colleague speaking to her via their head sets slagging another member of staff off. To make matters worse I?d forgot my cash and had to run back to my car, this probably cemented in her head that I?d wanted to pinch and couldn?t because she?d be amazing at her job that day! Part of me didn?t want to go back because i was left feeling awful but I went back regardless, more so to prove her wrong and paid for my items like I had always intended to do! On my way back I did wonder if she had to stand there as part of her job but as I walked back in low and behold she wasn?t there. I did air my concerns to the member of staff I?d over heard slagging someone off but she just laughed it off. The pair of them was completely unprofessional (bar Emma who was on the till) . I don?t complain, like honestly don?t but today I walked out feeling rubbish and as someone who suffers with anxiety it took me a lot to venture into town on my own. I realise she had a job to do understandably but the way she conducted herself when following me and when I approached her to ask her a question was nothing short of rude. They won?t be bothered I won?t be returning and I?m not sure they?ll be bothered I?ve raised this with management either but I just hope lessons are learnt so someone else doesn?t have to feel this way.
