me and my friends walked into subway and bought something then about 10 minutes later we left and came back after we had already bought something and needed to use the toilet but the worker said no after we'd bought something and then proceeded to make us buy something else to use the toilet but a man walked in and then used the toilet without asking and she didn't tell him to buy something it's just unacceptable.
however the food was a amazing but the women serving us was very rude.
definitely not what I expected from coming here many of times

The last 3 times I've walked to this Subway after finishing work, I've left without a sandwich. 1.. only 1 member of staff in at 5pm and online orders only being made. I was the only customer in the shop and was told I hadtoo wait until all online orders where made first. 2.. No Meatballs left, then, after deciding on a different choice, there was NO FRESH BREAD left. 3.. Again No meatballs, Again 1 member of staff and AGAIN no fresh bread. All after standing in a question for 10 minutes watching an online order being made.
Complete JOKE.

Franchise owner must be laughing all the way to the bank .
Only one member of staff in all day struggling to get everyone served with no time to take a break .Same daily sales coming in including numerous delivery orders flying in , but only one member of staff to pay . Happy days .
Lots of reviews on here criticising staff but given the pay and awful working conditions imposed by the franchise owner , I wouldn?t expect the staff do anything more than unlock the door and put their t-shirt on the right way round .

Called in for a Subway Baller, and when it came to salad, the member of staff asked me what salad I wanted.She was instantly berated in front of me by someone in a supervisor/management role...I was disgusted!I was the ONLY customer in the place, and it was clear this member of staff was inadequately trained to be on the line.I tried to cheer the member of staff up, but the supervisor constantly berated her, even after I cheekily said "the customer is always right?"As I was paying, I told the member of staff her supervisor had lost them a repeat customer, where the supervisor then childishly started waving and shouting "bye bye, bye bye" at me!Absolutely terrible customer service, and I hope that member of staff leaves and gets a job else where, she is far too good for that place!

It's a nice option to eat but the restaurant needs to put more effort on the cleaning. All the time I've been to this place tables and seats were always dirty and it's not even that busy. The staff just need to have more training and management has to keep an eye to this point more effectively.

Paid over £7 for a salad and rang up to request more gherkins as I could not request this on the app was told they would do and got 5?.. very over priced for what you get and minimal amount of food

Rude staff got told to keep the noise down when we was talking. Taking advantage of younger kids while we was waiting for food we got told ?it?s not a social event? got treated like a 5 year old. Very snotty when ordering food. The second we came in she shouted over ?are you even ordering anything?? the woman?s name was Jade.
