Ordered 3 subs portion size was abysmal so called the shop and was spoken to poorly in broken English told to essentially deal with it,
Definitely be the last time i done here or tell anyone to buy from here

Subway have recently revamped their menu with some new options and some older ones receiving a makeover. The quality is consistent at this branch and it's what you expect from a Subway. The staff however are the best part for me, chatty and pleasant. Easy to talk to and seem interested in their work. Makes all the difference.

I went in this afternoon and a small girl with mousey brown hair and fake tan asked me what I wanted. I told her my order and then she abruptly just went into the back room. I could hear her laughing and joking in there. She was gone for that long a young male had to take my order. I told the person I was on the phone to that it was disgusting (meaning the ?customer service? for her) which the girl clearly heard as when she did finally appear she started staring me out. Very weird and bad customer service. Lots of people seem to think the same with a lot of the females that work in this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. The second subway I have been to that need training up on cross contamination and allergens. Seriously sort it out. Mixing milk and egg products with non dairy. Not changing gloves when making a vegan sandwich.

Early afternoon on a Thursday or not , only one member of staff moving more than snails pace .
Was ordering with my girlfriend and between taking our orders the guy making the sandwiches wandered off to do some online orders . Kept me waiting after my girlfriend had been through the till ( so much for ordering together )
Understandable that new people need training but only one member of staff knowing what they?re doing results in them running about like a headless chicken . 2/10 overall

We came to this store yesterday there was a manger on front we went to service point she totally ignored us an carried on chatting to the young girl who was working my husband asked another girl about something got ignored it was 5 mins before we even got spoken to I thought this was so rude knowing we was waiting to be served my sons couldn't eat his sandwich when we got home has it had gone that hard left in the toater for to long has nobody got it out when it should of been they wasn't busy only us in an couple sat down this is not the 1st time of stuff like this at this store customer service needs to be looked at won't be returning to this store again

Good was OK but the prices weren't, my grandson can't have a set menu we have to adapt for him, needless to say I was charged separately for every little item, which going off the price I was charged for his I could have had the other two set meals free his cost us twice the price of ours. This was a treat for him but unfortunately we can't take him to any subway again not at these prices.
