Nearly £8 for a decaf americano and cappuccino. I think that?s outrageously expensive and found both drinks pretty undrinkable too!

I?ve called in here twice over the past two weeks and both times been told the dishwasher is broken so would have to serve in takeaway cups - no thanks. When I pay those prices and intend to stay there, I expect a proper cup. Beware the car park also - they have a time limit and you?ll get stung if you don?t keep your eye on the time, but on the basis that they want to serve you your coffee in a takeaway cup, at least you?ll be able to take your coffee with you if you?re about to overstay your welcome!!!

Avoid at all costs. There is a 60 minute parking limit. There are signs but as you dont expect to pay to park when getting a coffee I never looked at them. Now have a £60 fine. As I am clearly not the first person to fall for this, you would expect the staff in Starbucks to at least let you know.

I met a friend at Starbucks mid afternoon, just for a coffee and a chat. I stayed for over an hour. l didn't see any parking payment machines, if I had l would have had a choice to pay or go elsewhere. I definitely didn't see a parking sign stating I will be charged for staying over an hour. I received a parking fine for parking on private land, totally outrageous. Please boycott going to Starbucks, I will never go there again. It was the most expensive coffee ever to my knowledge and the service wasn't even that great either.

Can never get an order right when ordering and even when you go in they still never get the order right. Wouldn?t mind but for the price of it it?s a joke

Average and expensive food, disinterested staff and £60 parking fine for me AND friend for taking 40mins longer than the permitted 1 hr parking. Starbucks sets this place out as somewhere to eat and chat or catch up with some work and then fines you for staying over 1hr!! (I know that the parking is charged by ParkingEye but it's all under the control of Starbucks). They will say that there are signs telling you that there's a 1hr limit, but who looks at these or expects that when you're having a meal? Just look at the number of reviewers they have caught out. Like them, I will do my best to avoid any Starbucks in future!

Parking fine!!! Met friend for a catch up. It has cost me £60 if paid within 14 days. I WILL NOT be meeting here again.

Dropped in for a coffee to meet some friends. Seems allegedly the landlord has a sign giving them the right to charge a £100 parking charge as I stayed over an hour. Really disappointing that Starbucks don?t warn their customers especially when selling them a second drink. Will not be using this Starbucks again.

Nasty policy when it comes to parking. The parking lot ought to have an automatic gate as it is so easy to park there without realising severe restrictions are in place. As for the coffee and the food, well I'll never enter Starbucks doors having gotten £100 fine for stopping off for a bite on my way to a funeral.

Ordered a soya flat white with a reusable cup didn?t ge a reusable cup discount i also asked if it could be topped up with hot water. NO, YOU WILL GET IT AS IT IS .. Tremendous customer service. Think this young lady name begins with N needs some training.

Staff were happy to serve a 2nd round of coffee. Shame they did not tell me parking was limited to only 1 hour and have received a £100 parking charge. Very shoddy indeed.

Waited to be served for 5 minutes without any sign of any staff. Waited a further 5 minutes for drink to be made. Staff rude, disinterested and incredibly slow.

Went to get some lunch with a colleague. Ordered a panini to eat in. Very pleasant male staff member but no plate given. Not overly concerned as it was only a quick stop. Returned to counter on the way out to get a cake to take back to work. The girl behind the counter barked, what I now understand to be, 'Can I take a name for your order'. I thought she was in the middle of speaking to someone on her headphone at first as she didn't seem to be talking to me. She repeated herself and I said that I was sorry as I thought she was talking to someone else. She then just repeated the phrase a third time and I stated that I only wanted a cake. She was then unbelievably rude with the way she dealt with me. The cake was slammed into the bag and shoved across the counter. Unpleasant experience.

Went and parked on Starbucks thinking I could go in to get a coffee with a friend. Most expensive coffee of my life, got slapped with a £100 fine! It appears that Starbucks actually don't want customers, which is odd considering the number of tables and chairs in there. Avoid!!
