Appalling service. Reached out as i was struggling mentally, received no reply after a week. Posted on social media on Christmas Eve as to how useless they were, received a reply instantly. They were hostile and defensive and full of excuses and falsehoods which I quickly proved as I screenshot everything. On 29th Dec, received an email from their counsellor which claimed to have attempted to call me before Christmas (my call logs disprove this) When I called them a gaslighter for suggesting otherwise, I was threatened with legal action. So basically, if you need help with mental illness in St Helens, be prepared to wait forever because if you complain you'll be threatened with legal action. Just what you need when you're extremely depressed, anxious and struggling isn't it?
