Huge store, wide variety of products but, make sure you're out in 2 hours otherwise you'll get a PCN. If you try to get it revoked (with all the required evidence), Sports Direct customer support will send you to those responsible for the car park or to the building management company. So you're welcomed as a customer, but don?t exceed 2 hours, or you'll get a PCN.

Bad experience with this management.
Dishonest and rude.
Very disappointed with the manager and one of the staff.
I went to sport direct which is in St Helens .i have tried one Tshrt but it doesn?t fit to me.
So kept that tshrt to the cloth rack.
Then went to gym which is in upstairs.
Ten minutes later, the manager and one of the staff were came to gym and they asked me to show my bag for check. I have showed my bag and asked them why you want to check my bag.
They told me, one of their customer told that you took a dress and put in your bag.
I have asked them if you have doubt , you should check your cctv camera first , why don?t you check the camera.
They told me , they don?t have front camera.
If they don?t have front cam , what about other inside cameras????
They were very rude even didn?t tell apologies for their mistake.
Moreover they Asked me to show my bag infront of everyone in the gym.
It was very unprofessional
This made me very disappointed and frustrated

Can't complain about the service only problem being finding a assistant on the floor when after my size in trainers.

Went into sports direct to get some football boots for my partner as the young lady who assisted us Ellie was lovely and helped us find the correct size and fit for my partner, she later served us on the tills and was extremely efficient and helpful!! She was so helpful!! Thank you so much

Went to buy trainers with my husband and for our son. We were served by youngman named Cole who couldn't do enough to help. He was patient, informative and nothing was too much trouble. He gave useful information on items we were buying. He's a credit to your store. The 3 pairs of trainers - Reebok, Kangol and Lee Cooper were well worth purchasing. Highly delighted

Went in today looking for trainers. There were 6 people waiting. Only 1 young kid working that section . I went over and said there?s loads of people waiting. He snapped said he was busy & I have to wait.the waiting not a problem it was the way he spoke to me ! I had to ask a young girl can we get help. Her reply was the MANGERS won?t allow us to will on other sections.
I saw 3 staff doing nothing. Totally wasted my time. I was looking to purchase 3 pairs of Nike Airs. Your loss

Offers which are misleading . Prices inflated then reduced,, often dont have item in stock but want to charge you to have it delivered

Useless place ! 3 times I've been and no staff to serve you ..
Picked pair of trainers, and no one around to give them to to get the right size. I even asked the fella who was looking at the cameras, he had a sports direct top on. He said he would radio through and get someone..after waiting a further 5 mins no one turned up. So I left the store. So well done.. you must love losing money

Visited this store recently to get a refund on a sports bra and was told they don't do refunds only an exchange. They told me it was because of hygiene reasons but I only tried it on when I was at home and found out it didn't fit. What is interesting is that they will take the item back if you exchange it but won't give you your money back. The staff were quite disinterested in helping us so I am I have still got the unwanted item. Won't be visiting again as I didn't like the attitude of the staff as they didn't seem interested.
