Just left your store in st helens .
Disgusted by your staff ,we are an older couple ,I have disability, So does my 15 year old Daughter, both my Daughters aged 15 and 10 were with us ,they both have autism and my eldest has chromic rheumatoid arthritis, she fell over in your store and hurt herself on the bottom shelving rack for games .Only another customer asked Iif she was OK, 2 male staff members witnessed it ,both muttering into their headsets ,store manager came by blankeld us for the girl member of staff who rocked up ,muttering and looking very annoyed at the bottom rack ,she tried to ignore us ,so I asked her where the accident /incident book was ? She just glared at me and chose to ignore me to talk to the manager who again ignored us and just set to correcting the stock.
Disgusted at your staffs attitude, I have to say this store has the most miserable staff members usually anyway .to say they work around children .I won't be returning , I hope head office are made aware of your total lack of care for customers
Note those headsets are rude and annoying they just wander round mumbling to each other .your two male staff were more concerned following us round the football tables watching us like hawks as if we were thieves ,but then showed no regard to my Daughter ,shame on you all .
All need retraining or find a job they CAN actually smile about !

I visited the st helens store yesterday(12.10.24) and recieved exceptional customer service. I took my two children to buy a scooter each and of course they wanted to try a few before deciding. The staff member was on hand to help access each one, provide advice & great with the children. My daughter also wanted to try on some wheelie shoes & we were given advice about those too. The staff member couldn't do enough and it certainly goes a long way! I hope he is recognised for his professionalism and excellent customer service.

Bought a pool that was leaking. Tried to contact the store but no answer
This isn?t the first time either, I?ve tried to ring this store on various occasions and no one ever answers the phone.

Phil is the manager at this store and his customer service is second to none.
we bought a football for our daughter to play but the second time she played it the Barcelona football is broken. she didn't really kick it hard or hit anything it just somehow broken.
we went to the store and show Phil the purchase record and told him about what happened, he then offered us a replacement. he is very kind. this is why we keep coming here to buy toys for our daughter as Phil is the man who gives us the confidence. we appreciate his time and sincere service today.

Thankyou very much to Beth for helping me out in store today, firstly she helped me by retrieving the item i wanted from the back as the member of staff on nursery was dealing with another customer, so i was grateful to not have to wait around, then she helped by carrying my item to the checkout as it was a mattress and she could see i was pregnant, lovely, helpful and polite lady, and a credit to the company. Brilliant customer service. Thanks!

Disgusting customer service from the blonde lady current serving (not the manager one in her own clothes). Got to the til, didn?t even acknowledge us, after paying, handed the money back without saying a word and then shouted ?next? over us. Needs to learn some manners and customer service
