I?ve been coming to this store for a few years now and I?ve always left in a better mood than I went in with. On every visit, every single member of staff has been unfailingly lovely: always a smile, a joke, and a helpful attitude, it?s a genuine breath of fresh air and every team member deserves a raise, they?re truly a credit to the company. On top of that, everything I need is usually in stock and fetched immediately - huge thanks from me!

Called in here for replacement flush valve for my toilet, I wasn't sure about ordering and a nice gentleman waiting to place his order kindly let me in front of him showing me how to order what I needed. Staff were helpful and friendly even explained how to return if the item was wrong. Thankfully it was fine.

Easy to order and collect. The two members of staff (a young lady and a man) were extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. The guy brought the items to my car and loaded them for me. I was so impressed by the service that I'm using Screwfix in St. Helens again today!!

Ordered paint online for collection at St Helens store. On arrival staff were very welcoming and after giving the order number, staff promptly found and handed over the ordered paint. No hassle or fuss, quick and easy.

Always try screwfix for items first, and never have issue. Had one issue with wrong item and was corrected with no bother. They have improved the collection process so it?s quicker to collect ordered items online. But when there?s something you?ve forgotten, their staff can quickly put order through. Staff are all friendly and positive. They have a great setup, keep up good work ??

Always used them but not any more. People now have to have to type in the full order number in store after ordering online. We are practically doing all the work for them. Bad eyes and I struggled. I?m no mug. Hope many others boycott for the same reason.
