As an OAP, who uses a walking stick, I was delighted by the offer to lift my wheeled basket up to be scanned and packed, and carried out to my car! As this was only my second time out shopping due to shielding through the pandemic, I was overwhelmed with the support. Thank you Sainsbury?s Eccleston, that is a sure way to ensure I will be back to shop there again.
