I went in Ryman in St Helens on Monday 28 November. I purchased a Fellowes heavy duty shredder. I was served by Ann who was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. Ann put my delivery details through the computer and said one would be ordered for me. Next day, Tuesday 19 November, it was delivered. I have shopped at this store numerous times and always got excellent customer service from the staff.

the people in st helens Ryman were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. in particular the lady helping with our printing was very generous with her time and ensured we got the printing completed - without her help we would have really struggled. she also told us about the print plus app. which is useful for future printing needs.

It's an okay store. It is a bit pricey though if you want just basic. There are a couple of discount stores in the same mall where you can get cheaper stuff.
