I contacted Ralph Carr when isolating but in immense pain. His sympathy and understanding was exceptional and he also responded with an assessment and prescription in a very timely manner. Outstanding service and professionalism. Thank You

I have been using this Practice continually since the early 1960's. I used to see Ralph Carr himself when I was a child and feel very privileged to have known him. He was a lovely man. In later years I saw his son, Mr. Alan Carr.I would never go to any other Practice and I now see his grandson, Mr. Ian Carr, who is equal to his grandfather. He gives you time and makes you feel like you are his only patient. He never rushes you and answers all your questions and concerns. The whole team are excellent. They are very professional, polite and give a first class service. I cannot fault this Practice in any way.

I started work at Ralph Carr?s when I left school in 1967, I?m almost 71 now lol ?.I was there for 19 years. Have been back to see Ian on a couple of occasions. The most recent was today 11/11/2021, because of a problem I was having. Ian gave me a thorough examination, putting my mind at ease and providing a solution to my problem. Nothing was too much trouble. He is very friendly, efficient, professional and approachable, as are all the staff. Looking forward to getting my new reading glasses.
