Just strolling throught St helens and we peeked at the holidays that were advertised in the window and one caught our eye- Malta its been a while since we have been there, popped in and Spoke to Ellie regarding the holiday and asked for more details. Shown the holiday and the hotel on a TV screen so we saw all the amazing pictures of it, and booked there n then. We surprised ourselves as we didnt expect to be going away the date we are. as its normally a pricey week but this was a one we couldnt miss out on. Thank you to all in the shop

This travel agents is, without a shadow of a doubt, the most rude and obnoxious company my family has had the misfortune to deal with.We spent over £8000 on a cruise and have been treated poorly.A member of the family was unable to travel and we asked for a change of holiday but was told no you'll lose 90% of your money.Both the manager and assistant manager are particularly rude.Do yourself a favour and book with a professional travel agent,not a 'back street' bunch of cowboys.

When arriving at our hotel because as our flight was late at night to be told we had missed check in as we wasn't told the time, next was told they had booked a double room when asked for a twin, and also didn't tell us we had to pay a ?150 deposit on the hotel, tinpot company with useless staff

Lied to us about what class we had on the flight then virgin tried to charge us over 300 each for the seats we were promisedArrived in new york to be told our room was a 1 person roomWas then charged by the hotel for the whole stay again because they were not informed that we had paidWill never use this company again
