What a bunch of clowns.. Go into the Bank to withdraw money and see nobody waiting.. Walk up to get served and ... Oh no , you need a raffle ticket ... then you have to sit down to join the que... Ha ha .. what a bunch of plebs... What happened to line up and get served when it is your turn. Useless Bank and Jobsworth Staff.

Applauing service no contact numbers for any departments or local branch.Not enough trained on banking business overhaul given too advisor's.My advise take your money else where

Very poor service as system they use is so inefficient. Customers cannot go to counter on arrival as are met by a member of staff, have to give name and then.....wait!

I went to the bank a few days ago, I just wanted to deposit money into my account.I just asked staff to put reference January salary.she said don?t worry I did reference.after 2 days I checked my account but she didn?t mention January salary.I back to the bank to complain,manager was rude,I told him you have to find out which staff made a mistake because she waste my time.he told me with cheekily,do want to teach me how I manage staff?that?s a disgusting customer service. His name was Martin smith.

I didn't catch the name, but I would like to thank the young lady on a phone call at around 4 PM for her professional, friendly and kind work ethic over my car payment. Been with NatWest for a couple of years and always a brilliant service that I cannot fault :)

My husband and myself are pensioners, we have never ventured to use a cash card until lock down. We thought we would give it a try, keeping all receipts, when we checked the receipts against your bank statement there was an anomaly, it was only 70p against a receipt for petrol. My husband always puts £20 worth of fuel in his car, it may go above by 5p at the most! When I questioned this error at the bank, the lady at the desk said it was the garage! She had the nerve to ask if I would like to do on line banking!! Needles to say I refused. We will not be using any cards unless we can't use cash. I don't trust the banking system.

NatWest stole £6200 of my money back in May (6 months ago) without prior warning or a valid reason as to why they had done this. As a result of this I became homeless, vulnerable and poverty stricken during the Covid 19 pandemic. I also had to stop my business I had nothing to cover my rent upon returning to work after the initial lockdown. NatWest state you will receive your funds back after 60 days, it is now December and I still haven?t received a penny back. I?ve chased this now since day one but to no avail, NatWest try their upmost to avoid the situation by lying and sending me on wolf goose chases because they want to steal my money. I contacted the financial ombudsman and they are yet to respond to them, the majority of the staff at both the my local branch (St Helens) and the accounts closure team are rude and arrogant with poor customer service, I?ve been left on hold for over 2 hours on the phone and had the phone put down on me numerous times because they have no valid explanation as to why they are holding my money, I am aware of a few people they done this too now, my advance get your money out of this bank straight away it?s not safe.

They closed the customer car park, which made visiting the branch inconvenient. Also a statement I ordered still hasn't arrived over a week later. I have missed out on a new job because of this imbecilic organisation. Thanks Natwest. Thank you for nothing.

Always helpful great to speak to someone especially when my sister and my husband died. 3yrs ago it's not something you can do online very caring and considerate. That's why I never change banks after almost 50yrs
