Food equality was awful. Pittanall town apart and wet and soggy. Chicken undercooked. No sauce on the fino pitta poorly made. Freezing cold too. Pitta for the hummus was all stale and hard and couldn?t even bit into it it was that bad.

Myself and my dad visit here regularly as we always feel this is the best restaurant and staff this business has, however we were both disappointed with the size of the butterfly chicken as it?s has shrunk to such a small piece of chicken now that seem not good value anymore, we did have a good friendly chat with the Manager who I think his name was Sam who took this onboard and after a lengthy chat he said as a goodwill gesture and seeing as we are regulars to this restaurant he would pass on our concerns to those above offer us with a gift voucher, I thought that a great offer for loyalty and was very much appreciated so I passed on my email address as he said he would email it to me unfortunately this has not happened or materialised yet, seeing as this was around a fews week ago I very much doubt that will happen which is a little disappointing, I will visit again to try for the last time to see if this position size has changed back to original size so hopefully it will and if not then I?m afraid I will have to find another place.
On a positive note all the staff in there are a great bunch of people ??

Greeted promptly at the entrance and seated efficiently. Ordered everything through the app, which resulted in quick service. However, there was a significant delay in receiving the two starters (chips and hummus) I had ordered. A friend who ordered a full chicken at the same time received their meal approximately 20 minutes earlier.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp access and a lift to the restrooms are available.

Horrendous service.. every time I order online there are multiple items missing. On numerous occasions to then ring up to get told refund may take up to 5 days that's all we can do. Shocking
