I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
We ordered 3 ultimate breakfasts with extras and drinks totalling to roughly £40 we waited over 45 minutes for our food, and when we questioned why others were being served before us the answer was toast is quick to cook even though the were bring out meal not just toast, when the food finally came, most of it was cold but we had somewhere to be and couldn't wait any longer for it to be recooked.
We spent the first 5 minutes trying to find a clean cup to make a hot drink in.
The cutlery was also disgusting, and when they did bring clean ones out, you still had sift through them to find the clean ones.
The restaurant was also freezing with one blow heater in the corner, doing almost nothing.
This isn't a pop at the staff as there were only 3 members of staff on that. I saw 1 an older lady who was running around like her arse was on fire trying to do everything she could, and a young lad and girl who were clearly only there because they had to be so they were clearly under staffed and over worked.
Morrisons, you need to do better as your standards are slipping massively

Lovely staff, special mention to Steve the manager who was lovely with our daughter. Great food, good prices and lovely service. Very clean. Will come again. Thank you.

Cafe staff were very rude well one was anyway to busy talking to a college about what she was drinking the night before about 4 people were waiting to get served.

I have had a great experience today as I have every time I?ve been!
All the staff are lovely but they one in particular,
I ordered Mac and cheese for my daughter but she came over to me to tell me they don?t have any and was apologetic, I said no problem and asked if I could have something else. This lady came back over with a cake for my daughter. She didn?t say what it was for but I?ve worked in hospitality and know it?s an extra way of apologising.
I wanted to write this to remind the staff their hard work doesn?t go unnoticed. Even if there are rude customers passing sly comments ;)
